Having seen the exceptional work Big Tex had completed at my relatives home redoing an entire kitchen and major remodeling of most of their home, there was no doubt we wanted them for the extensive renovations we had planned for our second floor when we became empty nesters. I had Cody and his crew at my house for several months he worked with me and remodeled my home and created my dreams. There is not a room in my home that he did not touch. My kitchen was just a standard kitchen with box cabinets and cheap countertops. Cody and his wife Michelle designed a beautiful kitchen with custom knotty alder cabinets, a beautiful tumbled stone backsplash, new granite countertops and an amazing custom island. He put in matching lighting through out my entire home. He remodeled my laundry room which was not functional at all, he was able to use my old cabinets from the kitchen, painted them and installed them. They did an awesome striped paint in the laundry room that makes it look twice as large. In my media room he did a custom faux painting on the ceiling that looks like vintage tin ceiling tiles. There is a list of so much more that they have done I could go on forever. I love everything that they have done to my home the only thing that I regret is that I don’t have anything else that needs remodeling! I recommend Cody their team of skilled remodelers to anyone who wants a professional remodel done on their home.

Cody and his wife were great, they gave us a good idea about what to expect and also ideas that we never thought of on how to stay within our budget. The project did run over the initial time line set, but that had to do mainly figuring out the counter tops and a bit of confusion with the counter top guy. I really enjoyed the ability to get into contact with Cody at any time and that him or his wife kept me and my wife up-to date with the progress of the project. When it came time for the final walk through, I found a couple of small problems and by the next time i spoke to cody me and my wife were more than happy with the look and finish. The only disappointing aspect of the whole ordeal was with the countertop guy, he seemed very unorganized and had no idea what we were looking for, even after showing him pictures, Cody had offered to meet with us and look together the first time and I declined due to my work schedule, I should've had him come with. After 3 trips to the granite company and a trip that him and his wife came with us, we finally got everything settled after a restocking fee. All in all, Great guy and enjoyed doing business with him and his wife, great overall experience for our first house and project. We recommend Big Tex for you next project, I know we will give him a call for our next one.

I have a small master bath that I wanted remodeled to not only be more functional but a space I would enjoy. I had a vision of what I wanted but really didn't know how to pull all the colors and textures together. I hired Big Tex Renovations because of a simple statement on their webpage "no job too small". I saw all the remodels of bathrooms online from big homes and thought mine small. Not one time during the process did I feel my project to be any less important than any of the others performed. We hired BTR to remodel our somewhat large master bathroom. This included replacement of a walk-in shower, two vanities, a whole new floor including all of the trim, and all of the fixtures. BTR estimated a 5 day job and was done in 3. What we held most important was access to the person who promised us all of the deliverables and their understanding of what we wanted, what we bought, and how we agreed to how it would be installed. BTR came through with flying colors. Their crew showed up on time and fully prepared, and most importantly, their crew was informed on what was being done, I thought this very important. The company owner was available throughout the entire project. Most projects of this nature present a high level anxiety, BTR made this a pleasant and somewhat enjoyable experience based on their making us involved and making sure the final product was just like what they would like to see in their own home, each of his crew members acted the same way. The entire crew was personable, very easy to get along with, and we are very happy with what they did. Their attention to detail is what really made us happy making sure the final product was just terrific. From the start in the pre-construction meetings, to the end, BTR was professional, methodic, and their processes made complete sense. I intend to use them again and recommend BTR every chance I get.
